2X your gift’s impact with $10k in matching funds during #MidlandsGives
This year, your Midlands Gives donation can have DOUBLE the impact here at the South Carolina Lutheran Retreat Centers thanks to $10,000 in matching funds!
This annual day of giving is sponsored the the Central Carolina Community Foundation and brings together 700+ local non-profit organizations while raising money for the incredible work they do.
All monies raised for the South Carolina Lutheran Retreat Centers will be used to help purchase a new tractor at Camp Kinard – an asset which will allow our staff to better maintain our property and be good stewards of the natural resources that God has given us,
Your donation on Tuesday, May 6th, can help us reach our goal of raising $20,000 in one day!

Building+Renewing+Believing: Holy Spaces
We’re excited about many of the changes that have been going on here at Camp Kinard as part of the Building+Renewing+Believing: Holy Spaces campaign. This endeavor seeks to further ministry through the construction of a new pool (completed in February 2024!), a multi-use chapel overlooking the lake, and an updated entrance.

Building+Renewing+Believing: Holy Spaces Campaign
Earlier this month, we had the pleasure of gathering with an intimate group of supporters to share updates about the new chapel at Camp Kinard.
Just as Springtime brings forth new growth from seeds planted long ago, we are eager to see the next chapter in SCLRC’s ministry come to life through the Building+Renewing+Believing: Holy Spaces campaign.
